Many details inside the school are beautiful and nice to look at, as the stairs showed in the picture for example. I think it means a lot to most students if the environment at school is nice.
Yes I agree! The stairs looked really worn in a nice way, they weren´t smooth anymore. You could see that students during many, many years had walked the stairs up and down.
And Sheila, it´s a really large school, a couple of thousand students, both in health care and social work education and Swedish education for immigrants.
I agree with you - the environment does make a difference to how people interact, and to how they feel. I look forward to a time when there is more awareness of the importance of the environment. :-) Perhaps in your school they are already very aware of it. Regards Susanne
