What do you do when someone has fallen to the ground? This is a test where the teachers are patients and the students gets different problem to solve. After the test they get feedback and have a discussion about how they hanled the situation.
Do the students have to determine what the issue is and act appropriately? Do they work together as a group to determine the best way to respond, or is it an individual test? Regards Susanne
The students work in pair. This test was a test in nursing and the use of appliance. The students are new, they started in august. Before they finish their education(third year) yhey get a big test where they have to show what they learn during their education and then they have to determine whats wrong and how to act appropriately. They use real acters who acts from a situation that the teachers has put together.
That must be a nervous time for students when they have to show everything that they have learnt over the three years. Its good that the 'test' is a real life one.
Thank you for sharing your photos and your experiences.
Athough this exercise is good when it is a difficult situation when the patient often also damaged previously or in connection with the case.

Looks really dramatic at the picture! I think it´s important to do this kind of pracital training, with situations that are almost "real"
