One day when I was with the students in the Child Care and Recreation programme they worked with pedagogical work among small children. They hade worked in small groups with suitable methods for the daily work at a preschool.
This group is about to show the others a "massage-fairy tale"(when the child gives another child massage while the teacher tells a fairy tale with movements). I imagine many young children appreciate these kind of fairy tales a lot!
My son is 7 years old and he fell in sleep last week when one of his classmates did some massage on him, the do it often in his class and its very polar and makes the students to relax. i think its a good aktivity
ReplyDeleteI agree with you! I also think it reduces violence between the children. It is difficult to give massage one moment and hit the same person 5 minutes later.

ReplyDeleteI agree aswell! It is so useful to learn practical things like this at the work place based learning. We use something called the sun-fairytale where I work, perhaps it is something similar to that!

ReplyDeleteAs Anna says it´s hard to hit someone you just given massage. It feels hopeful to know that the school could learn Children to maybe stop bullying and violence.
